You're right, i knew there was one i missed. I prefer Zacapa but I like the sweetness. The Diplomatico is also up there though and is one of my friends absolute favourites.

You're right, sorry didn't do the maths right, however if you do get the opportunity, definitely give it a try

If you like sweet, have you tried Don Papa? It's vanilla in a glass although not as smooth as Zacapa.

I stopped drinking red wine years ago as it used to trigger my gout. Never been into ports, brandy, whisky or any dark spirits so thought I'd be alright. But my recent obsession with rum is going to end in tears. Got to be spiced rum though, the normal stuff is like drinking something for a dare to me.
Have found JD a pleasant back-up when a nice rum isn't available. Never thought I's drink that

I've been to Cuba 3 times and it converted me to rum. There is some gorgeous Cuban rum, the best I've ever had.

I'm tempted to order another bottle of Rumbullion, but it's reminiscent of Christmas not mid-May

Decisions, decisions.

I have a bottle of that, not tried it yet - what do you mix it with?

rousetafarian Publish time 26-11-2019 04:59:44

The answer is nothing.....just a couple of decent sized ice cubes.

Very, very nice and once opened it will be soon disappear. Smells of strong vanilla but super tasty IMO
