I know that many supermarkets and Costco have what I'm looking for, but the package varies all the time and some stores may not have it at all.

Sometimes it's ready shredded, sometimes it's boneless, sometimes it's quarter, half or whole.

Whilst I don't get it either, and especially not those that go shopping on Boxing Day, I do appreciate that most people just want this to be a nice family time and do their utmost to make it the best in their own way. I think the intentions are wonderful.

Haha I feel your pain. I would like a sign: "after completing your transaction, please leave the store without making idle conversation with the checkout assistant that just served you"

Good fresh fish. Fresh fish should not stink like it does in every supermarket I've been in around here!

Meat = butchers
Fish = fishmongers
Groceries = grocery
Anything else = Supermarket

So if anything I'd like to see Supermarkets either a) banned from selling the first 3 or b) be forced to sell the same quality as you'd get at the butches, fishmongers etc. Supermarket stuff is awful, in my experience, and is more expensive!
