I've been doing nothing but watch YT vids on pizza cooks lately!!

The pellets needs to conform to ENPlus A1 which is the pellet standard for cooking. There's no bad wood or any bark in there.

Have you checked out the Facebook group? Lots of talk and tips on there, and even the inventor chips in from time to time apparently.

I haven't really seen the pellets ovens, but there is something strangely satisfying building a pile of wood/logs and setting fire to them watching them burn.

Just joined the FB Uuni group.

Some of it is brilliant. I can't help but feel a little sad though joining a group with all of the Uuni geeks comparing pizza cook times with their special thermometer guns in their pockets
