Personally I consider him to have a VERY VERY VERY good reason to have a problem with May, considering she's slashed Police numbers, and the Fire Service, and several other things... yeah it was MAY who's done that! The Police don't have a culture of covering things up either, that's implying they do it every single day as a regular part of their duty, they don't.
No, I don't think we can excuse this, if you live in the U.K. as a British Citizen, you abide by ALL UK Laws! If I go to Syria can I expect to get the same treatment in Australia, America, China....??? And how am I scaremongering exactly?

Well he's entitled to his opinion of course, but he comes across as just a very bitter ex-cop. As far as cover ups are concerned, I am far from anti-police, but Hillsborough was far from their finest hour, and they got caught with their pants down.

Sharia Councils can't make decisions which are contrary to U.K. laws.

I saw that report from Fergal Keane. I thought it was total propaganda. The BBC used to preface a film like this with "You are about to see a Public Information Film".
He was telling us we non muslim British must integrate- and he was talking to a young women in London in full black top to toe Saudi dress. Couldn't make it up!.

Yeah he's a bit of a media whore, sort of taken up Mo Ansar's vacancy. But it's always the usual "social commentator" suspects across the political spectrum with all these shows. They can't get proper jobs. One person who seems to crop up more than most as a social 'expert' is the DM's Angela Epstein. They're all irrelevant but tweetable TV clickbait.

Yeah, there's no conspiracy theory here. One of those who likes to portray himself as some kind of spokesman. Mostly well meaning I guess, but also capable of spewing some absolute crap.
The guy talking on the video is a bit odd.

I don't necessarily think that better integration and wearing a burqa are mutually exclusive.IMO, integration to me isn't about what you wear, or what you eat, but your values and you relate to and mixing with the wider community outside your immediate own. If she speaks good English, understands British humour, is tolerant of other's religions and belief, or their absence, she can wear what she likes for all I care.

I don't see how you are going to integrate while wearing something that disconnects you from everything. What you wear is your choice but that sort of clothing causes a disconnect. In Iraq we were discouraged from wearing helmets and sunglasses so we could be more approachable and look less threatening.
