It's all about income equality.

Might be better phrased - 'as the rich get richer the others get frustrated and start questioning the greater divide between rich and poor'.

I think we have to define poor, wealth, and working hard, considering the differing personalities, life choices, is everyone capable of taking on the responsibilities and life style that comes with higher incomes, running a company is very, very complex, no comparison between for instance an executive management role and a check out person.

Although I do think the market economy is moves very quickly and some people are not capable of adapting to the requirements and speed of the changing roles within this type of economy.
