Jeremy Corbyn 'not comparing Israelis to Nazis' by raising Stalingrad in rally speech
Let’s be generous and he didn’t draw comparison with Israel’s actions whilst explaining what he saw in Gaza. Whose actions was he referring to? And if so why feel the need to draw a parallel with what the Nazis were doing?
So let’s be generous yet again, so he simply innocently drew the wrong parallel.
I’m sorry, but I don’t buy it. He has issued way too many incenserre apologies, for himself, for the party he is leading and conveniently they remove the parts of the definition that are applicable.

Ok thanks for that...I think. Your link said "Jeremy Corbyn raises Nazi crimes to describe Israel in Gaza". I ready the few lines I could of the article and it doesn't support your claim.

Wow, they just keep on coming. Yet the defense on here for Corbyn remains as strong as ever.

And who besieged Leningrad and Stalingrad?
It's hard to believe a senior politician would not be aware of the parallels that would be drawn.

Did you read the article? No need to be generous. Corbyn was talking about the psychological effects of long time siege. Now it is possible he said something racist later in the article, I can't say, but drawing parallels with sieges across different cities is only racist if that's what you are looking for.

I suppose he could have used the city of Troy, but that might have upset the Trojans. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

No it isn’t unfortunately. When drawing parallel with the actions of Nazis you find yourself in a whole different territory.

Jeremy comparing an Israeli 'siege' to two sieges carried out by the Nazis was merely a coincidence, this kind of 'misunderstanding' happens with such alarming regularity it's starting to resemble some kind of conspiracy to make him look like a racist?
It's quite unfair on Jeremy really, his big problem is that nobody understands him, his politics, or what he is trying to do. He is simply trying to return power and money to the hands of the many, by wresting it from the hands of the few.
He could probably write a book about his struggle to find a final solution to the Israel problem..

There you have it.
Jeremy makes the same sort of gaff over and over - says something without thinking about the reaction.
I don't think he's unaware. He knows his hero-worship followers won't criticise and hang on to his every word, so I reckon he just doesn't care.
