Positive => We have a real political debates
like why EU exists, what is the constitutional separation of powers, what are responsibility of policy makers (explaining what referendum means, and be able to execute it, FAILED on both). So increased political involvement of people is very positive to result in better policy making to my mind
Negative => UK economy is fked in the most stupid unreasonable way and will be so for a while, society is divided, and there is no way out (no option is viable)
Normal, professional policy makers should negotiate brexit deal first, then do the referendum on such deal, not vice versa. Brexit means breakfast for some, no immigration for others, sovereignty issue for 3rd... all brexit voters voted for completely different things based on what is important for them... this is why Parliament is not able to execute "People's will"
