I was replying to workers rights the previous poster mentioned.
As I have said all along a brexit if we have to have one, needs to protect certain things like jobs and trade and workers rights etc etc etc.
The DUP have said they are not voting for it and they are as corrupt as the Tories which proves what a crap deal it is if the bung party are rejecting it.

If the deal is so good but it doesn't get through parliament let him put it back to the people his deal Vs remain.
It seems Westminster can't make it's mind up so put it back to the people

let me guess, you would make 16 and 17 years olds along with EU citizens eligible to vote also?

psikey Publish time 25-11-2019 21:50:55

I can see many DUP loosing seats in the GE, especially if NI more pro remain.

So no EU protection for workers is ok for them. But the U.K. who had such rights before the EU is not. Hmm interesting.

Plus Scots votes count twice of course.

Yes, just leave, full fills the democratic obligation, even in principle. Simples.

I think they are going to hold out for cash or similar. I don’t blame them either, they will never be more influential as they are now.

if they don’t cave, I think they will regret not taking their moment.
