The Deep Trance Manual Vol 1 by Igor Ledochowski. Its a pretty heavy going introduction to Hypnosis but I am really enjoying it and learning alot.

Only 7/10?I'd give it 10/10, it's simply superb.
When you consider it was written in 1947/48 it is incredibly prescient: I particularly loved the way he predicted the masses beingkept happy and unquestioning with a diet of football, a lottery, booze and porn.

I'm almost two thirds of the way through Bad Science.It can be heavy going at times, but worthwhile.I have also recently read The Tiger That Isn't by Michael Blastand and Andrew Dilnot.
Both books will put science reporting in the media into perspective and really make you wonder if there is anyone out there you can believe!
