Yep. On our second XC90 now, and a V60. We keep looking at other cars, but Volvo just get it so right - it’s difficult to find anything that does the job better.

Now you no longer own it you could drop the registration number in there so Google will find it for the next prospective owner... data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Didn't Mercs used to have a foot operated parking brake many years back? Put me right off a C Class and I've never bothered to look at one since even though they got rid of it. Servicing costs are crazy expensive too.
On the plus side, I've just unlocked the Merc on Mario Kart on the Switch data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Occasionally put the reg. into the tax and mot checks online, to see when it's taxed (someone other than a dealer owns it) and how much mileage accrues between MOTs.

Yes they did. All electronic hand brakes for a long time already. I actually used to like the foot brakes when the electronic technology wasn’t around. Much better than having a leaver either against my side or that of my passenger. Or underneather my arm.
And no servicing costs aren’t crazy expensive. Well not in my opinion.
