Check the manual, if not SYNC it will have bluetooth capability I'm sure, it's a high end model and only 2 yrs old, just pair them up thenconnect and you should be fine.

We had this issue with my wife's Kuga (2010) and with the same stereo. Basically we lost the Bluetooth option from the menu on the radio. Weird!
Anyway the fix was to disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes and then reconnect. Hey presto the radio reset. Put in the security code and we were away again.

Guys the. Have just found this thread as I am wanting to pair my phone, thanks to patients like young 666 I have checked my vehicle and it do have bluetooth,so my question is how much and how do I install bluetooth? Gary

If you have BT then no need to install. How do you know you have the bt module?

What would be the next step in debonding a phone when you press the green phone, press menu twice to get to debond, then scroll to one of the phones connected, but when you press menu again on them, it comes up with ' No phone Selected'?
