A Lamborgini Diablo VT passed me on the M6 the other day.
Not sure how rare they are, but I'd never seen one before.

Pretty rare with only 8000 ever made, although Jeremy Clarkson used to own one.
Saw a Mercedes CLK DTM AMG the other day, only 100 were made, 28 right hand drive.

i've just seen an aston martin lagonda - ugly car but pretty rare?
I think it's one of the most beautiful and still looks futuristic today. One of my all-time favourite cars.
And yes, it is rare with only 645 ever made.
A friend of mine used to own a road legal Metro 6R4 which was absolutely awesome.
It was set-up as tarmac spec so had a bigger set of wheels and was finished in plain white, had all the usual bit's and pieces inside and the much needed ear defenders !.
To date this car is still the quickest thing I have ever been in, the way it was geared it maxed out at 110 mph but went from rest to 60 in about 4 secs !.
Eventually he sold it and bought a dodge viper, again an awesome bit of kit looking very mean in black.
The 6R4 is my favourite car of all time. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Especially when I used to own a 1.0 Austin MiniMetro. I have seen many rallying and Rallycross. I know of someone who raced one in the Northern Sports & Saloon Car Championships.
I have seen quite a few RS200 road cars at Croft Circuit, as well.
I think the RS200 is still probably my favourite....I've seen a good few road and race models,and also the 6R4 that Will Gollop won the European Rallycross championship with.
The chap who looked after my Cosworths had a sizeable business in restoring and modifying RS200s.
I saw an Aston Martin DBS Volante I think, or it was a V8 Vantage convertible last week, today I saw a stunning white Bentley GT convertible, think it was new too. I saw it in my mirrors.
