need to get Insurance sorted for a 17 year old for a bike to commute to school and hopefully ave more time for studies for his A levels..Bike I plan to get will be 125 cc - around 1500 quid to keep insurance low..something like Honda CB125F
Any recommendations on Insurance will be appreciated!!! Besides the usual money saving expert and .... Best I could find for my 16-year-old granddaughter on a scooter was Carole Nash. But even that was £550. Breakdown cover included as standard & the renewal was reasonable. Cash back available from the usual sources. Bizarrely comprehensive was cheaper than TPF&T but the premiums & excess are both ludicrous. Found Lexham Insurance to be cheapest for 22 Yr17 year old - 125 cc bike just short of 4 figures.... Have you got anything like these running near you?

Youngest one (18) is paying approx £500 for a Yamaha MT125 and my eldest (20) is paying approx £600 for a Kawasaki Ninja 125. Both TPF&T only and garaged at home. Both have been riding since 16... Have you seen the ad in here ?.
