Saw a nice ironic one in Preston on Tuesday - on a Ford Ka. Small car, you might think - not this one, it was B1 GKA. (It was properly spaced, by the way)

All I'm saying is that [-]if someone is doing say 50 in a 60, and I want to do 60, so I overtake, and in doing so make a bad/rash decision and have an accident, then I am 100% to blame for that.

Obviously that doesn't apply to any speed - I think you should drive at a 'reasonable' speed, but I disagree that anyone below the limit (assuming it's safe etc) is not causing accidents.
