It's damned annoying, but nothing that cant be sorted. Certainly not worth spoiling the weekend over. Once its filled, you wont be able to tell data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Ouch! But easily done. We’ve all been there. Just a nuisance and a bit of time to get it sorted. If you have standard silver wheels then it won’t be too costly either.

I got two perfect wheels with good tyres on eBay for the price of a refurb on one wheel, I now have a good spare waiting for the next mistake data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Or a good excuse to get some steelies for the winter months with winter tyres, and have them all nicely refurbished and ready for the spring data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

If it makes you feel better, I’ve been driving round on a repaired (welded) alloy after it was cracked by a pothole back in January. (I’m still waiting to hear back fromtransport for bucks regarding my claim - which will more than likely be declined).

I have genuine sympathy towards your predicament, and as others have said it can easily be repaired......only the cost and quality of the repair will vary.
It could have been worse though - you could have said you "curbed" your wheel.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
I am happy to see you used the appropriate terminology. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

It touches my heart that the grammar bothers you more than the damage. Thank you!
