Claimant didn't cut into lanes. On dash footage, claimant on far left of the lane entering roundabout. The road signs on footage is the 1st exit. At least to me watching the footage, it looks definitely the third party were aiming for 1st exit cutting path into claimant's way who was taking 2nd exit. We don't have written statement from third party so their version may have changed from what they said then.

Where the accident happened by the sign boards is the first exit. Do you still think third party were in correct lane?

original deleted.
Dashcam footage looks like white car cut across car with dashcam who was going straight on.
edit... or was the white car already on the roundabout, which is clearly indicating left? If so, the car with dashcam should have waited before entering the roundabout as lane 1 and 2 on the roundabout will be for turning left.
Dashcam does not clearly show the 'dashcam' car approaching the roundabout, perhaps this has been edited slightly to give the impression the white car was in the wrong lane which is unlikely as the white car will already have been on the roundabout as the 'dashcam' car approached.

Without road signings it will be impossible to say who is at fault. The usual rule is left lane for left and straight on, however more roundabouts are utilising left lane for 1st exit only. However as the 1st exit has two lanes entering it then it would appear that the left lane is left turn only and the middle lane is left and straight on.

Not sure of that as looks ok to me. Problem is when claimant was waiting at roundabout the third party were way behind on right lane. They just continued on almost at the same speed they were travelling when entering. Conflicting views so far data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Footage approaching roundabout added on 1st post.
Bolded part is my point. Even at wrong lane for claimant which I still think is right, the third party clearly caused the collision.
They have left only arrow painted on the road. I'll check on road signage manual to confirm if it should be. I've attached screenshot which shows the left lane with directional signs painted on 1st post.

Agreed if white car was approaching the roundabout on Bugsby Way, in the lane to the right of the dashcam car then the white car is at fault imo.
Unfortunately the dashcam does not show the white car alongside the dashcam car approaching the roundabout so, if the white car driver says they were already on the roundabout coming from say, the John Harrison Way entrance, there is no video footage to show otherwise.

someone finally agreed with medata:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7. On 2nd point when I first viewed footage, I'd the same thoughts. But it seems that the third party made statement that they were travelling on Bugsby's way and on right lane approaching roundabout. It is on claim department's response mail which they think is the right lane for them to take 1st exit.

Claimant was in a left turn only lane, yet headlights are pointing towards the roundabout?

Heres a similar roundabout with same approach. Ignore road sign and look at road markings.

Two lanes with left lane saying left and straight on. Right lane straight on and right.
Further up it splits to three lanes.

Left lane now becomes left turn only, middle straight on and right lane straight and right.
Personally, i would be contacting the local council for clarification, as it should be marked which lane goes where.
With no markings I would say claimant is in clear as you get taught the left lane is for turnings on the left and straight on.
