So the "waste-of-time" final is out of the way - mostly injury-free (hopefully, Patchell's arm isn't too bad).
Definitely a game too-far for the Wales squad, illustrating our real lack of depth, I think, but nice to see the raw emotion at the end.
Well done the Kiwis. Great send-off for Hansen.
The Welsh public will get a nice change to say goodbye to Gatland at the end iff the month, when he coaches the Barbarians against Wales at the Principality. Interesting event with the Wales women taking on the BaaBaas women before hand.
Also, World Rugby have given Nigel Owens a special dispensation to ref the men's game. Strange that they can be very understanding about something like that, but behave like idiots with "Haka-gate".

Good luck to both teams for tomorrow. If England play the game they did against the ABs, I ant see them losing - just got to avoid getting dragged into the dog-fight the Saffers will probably want.

Entertaining game but Wales were shell shocked with injuries after the semi final. Thought Barnes had a good game and that helped entertain the crowd. Good luck to both teams for tomorrow, will be great to watch as a neutral.

Roll on the Six Nations now.

Counting the hours down to the kick off. I'm on Darwin (Oz) time so it is a perfect time at 6:30pm. If England do not win then i genuinely think i might cry lol

Nervous first half there from England.
Some great defensive line by South Africa.
Hoping the springboks tire in the second half and England manage a try or two.
Going to be close, but they have to stop giving away silly penalties

Poor from England first half. Some really poor handling at times

We haven’t turned up today. But then we haven’t been allowed to.

Well only England can go from being great one week to the polar opposite the next.

Well done SA. Truly deserved.

South Africa have been good. But England have been flat out terrible. So many handling errors.

England, just like Wales, were drawn into an arm wrestle which has always been the Boks strongpoint. England were well beaten in the end. An enthralling match for a neutral to watch and a pleasure to see the Kolbe try. Unfortunately England saved their worse performance for the most important game.
