Casting Audio is wrong

The audio played when casting to a Google Chromecast is stuck on some sort of Russian language and we are unable to change it. The problem is on every episode of SpongeBob SquarePants.

you can easily switch it out of Ukrainian

not while casting. I can see the button to change the audio on my phone, but when I cast the video the option to change languages goes away. Try it yourself.

still can't change the audio to English when I cast.

I have an android phone and when i cast it plays English with a foreign language on top. my sister in law plays the same episode on the same chrome cast and its in English. what do i do?

same issue here still got no solution I've tried everything I've seen here
