Email inbox not showing all emails

I have two Hotmail/Outlook email accounts one is fine but when I go into the inbox on the other account I can only view six emails at one time the rest of the page is blank.This is my old account which does not get used much.Is there a setting I can use to change it back to how it was.Thanks.
I put this post in this section as could not see a relevant section in the computer.

Sounds like the focused inbox option is enabled, if you disable that you should see everything

I have just checked the focus inbox which was enabled so turned it off but problem still exists
