I would like to possibly get a remote to control my tv, dvd and soundbar, all Philips and possibly a simple hue lamp. Just the one lamp nothing fancy. I have been pointed in the direction of hue hubs which to my mind looks over the top for one lamp and Logitech remotes which on reading the reviews get really slated due to the interference of Logitech in removing functionality arbitrarily on their whim.
Nothing on tv setup needs to be connected to any sort of network, mine nor any manuracturers.
Is there a simpe remote out there that may fit the bill?
What might be nice is to use a tablet to simulate a remote ie looking like the remote with all the buttons shown. Surely in this day and age this is not impossible. |
