Kube-1 Info needed on transistor types

I am looking for info on a kube-1 but as most of us will know there are many designs of this unit so the ser no. is SKUB102447A39N 1G. Don't know if that will help or not but the transistor numbers on the pcb are Q3 and Q4. I can't tell which is which as the front has been damaged on both but I do know that they are MOSPEC F12C20A and the other is MOSPEC F12C20C One is NPN and other is PNP. I have no idea which one goes where so any assisstance with this would be greatly appreciated as it belongs to a family m,ember and that's the reason I am doing it and not being done in a local shop etc. It all started with him switching the mains voltage over to usa side in an effort to get rid of a whine on the audio. Any way if theres anyone out there than can help me then please do so and I will be in your debt
