Video glasses - please help a noob

Hey guys.
I have an issue I hope there is somebody in here, that might be able to help me out with.

When I am laying in my beed when my wife sleeps, I want to be able to watch tutorials from udemy or youtube.
If I use an Ipad, my wife will wake up.

So my question is:

Is there some kind of device that I can wear like a pair of glasses where I can watch videos and hear the sound without waking up my wife?

I have looked at products like these: VR Headset, but they just seem cheap.

I am really hoping that you can help me, guys

Buy the Oculus Go VR headset and use their YT app.

There are things like travel glasses that are much more expensive and usually designed to work with some other device via HDMI.
