Crete or Rhodes recommendations

Looking for a week in either mid June. Budget 2-3000.
Family of four - "kids" are 21 and 16 - older one can't do anything too physical having just had an op on leg. Younger one would like wakeboarding if possible. Other than that somewhere that does b&b (like eating out in Greece) , nice pool where ther isn't any fighting for sun beds, and beach nearby.

I can't recommend you a special resort, because we were visiting both places on a cruise (MSC Fantasia). But we liked both islands. Interesting on Crete ist especially Heraklion.

I've been to crete, beautiful Greek island, and being one of the biggest there's more places to visit etc

As i had been to Rhodes twice before, we are going to Crete-Agia Pelagia which seems fairly unspoilt but a decent number of tavernas. Also off to Lesvos in July and Kos in September- love Greece
