UHS-iii card reader?

Just switched my main body so I've swapped from CF cards to SD cards and my card reader is no where near as fast reading/transferring files from it compared with CF (1st world problems).

Is there such a thing as a (preferably budget) USH-iii sd card reader? any recommendations

not sure if you can get them still but ive got a lexar workforce one. there about £20 but worth it. Ive got mine in the docking station and the intention was to get a few as can be used simultaneous. And they do SSD backup drives that fit these too..

Ive also got a standard sandisk one thats alright. Its one of the dual card ones with a cf and SD reader.
