I need to get fit and have decided after long battles with diets and weight going up and down that the only way I will do this is if I have small challenges and some little device motivating me.
I have an iPhone. I'll probably get the iPhone X when it comes out too.
I'll always have my phone with me, so not bothered about cellular.
I'd like it to be able to track steps, going up stairs, bike rides , heart monitor and some kind of daily target monitor to aim towards.
What is best ?.
Apple or Fitbit ?.
