Samsung Gear S3 Frontier- Reactivation Lock

Ladies and Gents,

Happy New Year!!

I am trying to pair my S3 frontier to my Note 9, but I have already done factory reset on my old phone and the watch, but I am getting the error of the Reactivation Lock being turned on.

How do I turn this off so that I can pair the watch to the phone please?

Watch Reactivation Lock

reading this I assume you must have set this lock when paired to your old phone, so maybe you have to login to your Samsung account on your Note before it will pair to the S3 which is linked to your Samsung account
