I posted this on photography forum and was advised this may be a better place to seek advice.

I recently bought an Asus 10" tablet which has a USB C port. I have bought a USB C card reader but cannot see the images on the card. I also bought a USB C to micro USB to connect direct to the camera.
I cannot find an app which allows my ultimate goal of viewing pictures taken on the tablet
Anyone got any suggestions.

Maybe it's me but I'm finding your post confusing.
Where are the pictures stored?
On your Tablet's internal memory
On an SD card resident in your tablet?
Or are the pictures resident on an SD card resident in your camera which you'd like to remove and plug into a card reader then connect the card reader to your tablet and view the pics?

Have you tried sharing images from your camera or tablet via bluetooth? If you connect your camera via a USB cable to your tablet does the tablet recognize the camera? When the camera is connected does it offer to download a photo editing tool to your tablet?

A month later I don't think the OP is coming back to tell us.
