I nearly wet myself when I opened SteamVR today and seen Halflife 1 and 2 recieve updates! I thought this is it! This is what we've been waiting for! The big VR update!
No. But rather interesting that it got an update at all.
I so hope so .. I dunno why it happens tho but it is not that rare that I log in and a whole bunch of random old games get updates with no notes as to why. Again tho I so hope you are right. I bought episode 1 and 2 the day hl2,VR was greenlit ready to play it. (I only had the base game on pc and orange box on Xbox 360)

Blinking characters. HL3 4 & 4 confirmed Half-Life 2's Characters Can Finally Blink Again In one of the weirder Steam updates, non-player characters in Half-Life 2 and related episodes can now blink. Huh. www.kotaku.co.uk
