/proxy.php?image=http://file:///C:/Users/krisr/Desktop/XMRIG.JPG&hash=481a125381f0bd48068f1d87a565b2f9         Hello all. I have a bit miner file running my CPU at 100%. I am unfamiliar with how to remove this file type outside of Windows operating system. Can anyone give me directions on how to remove this file on a NAS device?

Try having a look on some Linux forums on how to "kill a process."

Depending on your NAS, there may be a "system monitor" app that you can use to kill a process much like one would do with Task Manager under Windows.

Of course, if the errant process isn't configured to start automaticallly at boot up, shut down and restart might do the job.
