Are you going to be using the features that expensive motherboard adds over cheaper options?

I wouldn't bother with a modular PSU in a big case that someone else is assembling.

Also, that old wi-fi card stands out. If you're going to be using it then I'd go for something more capable given how much you're spending on other parts. If it's only a backup then do you have an existing card you could transfer?

Many thanks for taking the time i would be happy to go for a cheaper Motherboard, the WI Fi never looked at it i just stick a cable in the computer what difference would another card do, i have Cable here and its fast, mind you i have no idea what i have in the PC i use now, was bought from E Bay seven years ago

I have never used Wi Fi for PC just my phone i use a cable from modem to connect to Net
