What monitor for an Xbox/gaming/Netflix?

Hi all, I am setting up a bit of a gaming area for my kids with an Xbox (in the hope they leave my Xbox alone in the front room!).

I was considering getting a TV but it might be a bit overkill and I think a 27" (ish) monitor will be fine.  I don't want to spend a lot, don't need UHD, just something decent, ideally with speakers (but speakers not totally essential).

I haven't looked in to monitors for years so not really sure what I should be looking for.  Budget is roughly £100.

But have no idea if its any good, or if I should be looking at something else....or going for a TV over a monitor but that might stretch the budget a little too much.  Any help or advice would be appreciated
