You can buy speaker to RCA converters  designed for car systems. This will directly connect into your system.

Might not sound the best, but it might be a simple fix for you.

You probably don't want to go down that route because the output to the speakers will be too great for the input of the PC. Additionally you will get distortions, hum, noise and artefacts introduced by the bass, treble and amplifier circuits. The best solutions is noiseboy72's suggestion. Starting out with a digitally flat sample and then introducing the desired boosts with audacity or similar

Your cassette deck is producing line level output. So, connect the L and R phono outputs (the right pair) from the cassette deck to the amplifier's Tape 1 phono input (the second from bottom pair). Then connect the REC-OUT phono outputs to your PC, using a 3.5mm-to-RCA adaptor.

Set the output volume/level on the amp to quite low, play a tape, then 'capture' the audio on PC. Raise the volume/level on the amp to the required level. Once established, transfer all your audio.
