That's a disturbing Video, - how long have you had this camcorder and was it OK until ...when...e.g you dropped it, changed to a different battery-pack, Memory-card etc? ( ie some physical event).
Does it Record?.... I realise the LCD-image will soon break-up, but if the camcorder continues recording correctly, that may suggest it's the screen connection or internal driver - not easy to fix, even with an electronics-workshop - unless you have specific model-knowledge.
To check the files, you'll have to use a PC . . . but if you've had the Camcorder a while you'll know how to do this.
On-line you can get a new one for £199, and you can use the older battery as a spare ( and Case, Charger, etc.).....
Whereas having it "Looked-At" is likely to be quite a hefty charge and realistically a "repair" won't be cheap either.
If you add £100 to that price, you should get something that's a bit more modern / better / etc. but Buying is somewhat a Lottery IMHO.... only some while afterwards do you get to appreciate the Spec... and become annoyed by the Menu-routes.
Hope that helps. |
