NA and EU Camera Frame Rates

I own a Panasonic GH4 from North America but have since moved to Europe where I purchased another GH4 to do multi-cam video shooting (mainly for interviews). The NA camera has 4K at 30p and 24p while the EU camera has 4K at 25p (which are the standards for the markets).

What settings should I go with to best combine the footage in post?

Footage will be used for YouTube distribution.

An idea that might be worth exploring is that Service Manuals exist for Panasonic models in .pdf format. I can only quote from the HC-V750 manual which has a section called Model/Destination settings. This may mean you can change the model characteristics by changing its destination.
