I would agree with you in principle but I feel it is reasonable for stefs1 to try to get the camera working. The point is that there are dozens of action cams on the market (I would advise on the Denver range) so OP can get a good cam within his budget if he cannot get the Yi lite to work.

I still dont buy battery because i wait for suggestions can this problem be something else to be sure that i remove other possibilities of this problem.

How are we supposed to analyse your cam when, it is clear from other replies, that this camera is yet another of the many action cams on the market.
If you want to know what is wrong with your cam then it is up to you to eliminate what might be wrong. We have suggested that a replacement battery and, possibly, a replacement charger could solve your problems but you fail to act. We can do no more.
I now agree with Stearman65 - go buy a camera that works.
