Let me first say, thank you for any help or ideas you guys might have. I am looking for a streaming camera solution for a medium size meeting room. Room could fit about 150 people. The setup is like this: We have a small sound room off to the side where a computer is. It runs to a projector that hangs from the middle of the ceiling. We want to be able to simply place a camera on a small tripod at the front of the room to stream the meetings. We will mostly be using ZOOM. We would prefer not to have a cord running back to the computer. Is there something that would just work through an iPhone? Also, is there a solution that would have a good-enough mic built in or should we look at another mic solution? Thanks again, for an ideas/help. OH! Our budget is around $1k-$1500.

There are cameras that can be remotely controlled using an App in a Smartphone or tablet (my examples below) and connecting via Wi-Fi NFC to the camera. The Wi-Fi connection is good for the camera and the phone being a few yards apart.
The App controls recording, start/stop, Zoom and (in my case) the VW-CTR1 pan/tilt head, playback and stills photos. I can see and hear all that the camera records.
The mic on the camera is quite decent but, I would suggest, a short shotgun mic fixed to the camera and connected via the external mic socket.
This setup would be well within your budget.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I'll look into this setup. That sounds perfect.
