Changed power board and Tcon still no picture?

Hi Can anybody help? I have two 32 inch Sharp Tv's and one of them has stopped working - flashes red and blue 7 times then goes to blue power on mode but no picture.  So I swapped both board's (Vestel power board * Tcon board) from TV that's working but just the same outcome - no picture/backlight..  Not sure if its an LED or LCD TV (no model number) but does this mean the LED's LCD strips have gone?  How do I test? There is also a small board that I havent checked could it be this?
