I have a Toshiba 50L4353DB LCD TV that has recently started with a fault.
From the moment the TV is switched on and I get the blank blue screen there is a single line all the way across the screen just under half way down. When viewing TV this causes the bottom half of the screen to alternate between normal and blurred every 2 seconds. When it goes blurred the bottom of the screen shifts a fraction making the screen blurred along with any text that is displayed on it. There is also another line right at the bottom of the screen, but this is on the edge so isn't noticed unless you get really close.
I've checked all the cables inside the TV for any loose connections and also after reading up on similar problems tried replacing the T-Con board, but this hasn't helped at all.
Does anyone have any ideas what the likely issue maybe, or at least a way to rule out the different parts (so I can decide whether it is going to be economical to repair)?
Thanks in advance |
