I am looking to purchase a 4 camera home recording system so was looking for some advice from someone more tech savvy.

I don't have any street lights as I am rural so a camera system with night vision would be needed.

I don't want a wireless system as the internet speeds I have already are poor enough.

I have a new build so the electrician doing the wiring ran in Cat 6 cables through the soffit's in case I wanted to install some kind of camera system at a later date, so was looking to utilise this if possible?

A range of approx. 30 meters would be ideal to see up my drive.

Something fairly easy to install would be beneficial.

Budget of around £500.

Honestly you will struggle finding what you are looking for with your budget. 30m is a very long way to illuminate using camera only IRs (don’t believe the marketing literature, in a real world 10 - 15m the Max). You may get a budget Swann system within your budget but be prepared to compromise on features and image quality. Ideally look to spend another £200 - £300 to get what you need.
