email setup for HIK nvr

Hi, I have a Hik NVR and I'm trying to set up email alerts for my cameras. The issue I have is that on the email page, it is all blank and I can't save a thing. Any ideas please?

I set mine up with my phone number as I want that as main contact.

The problem I have is that there are no labels on the left hand side of the boxes telling me what they are and there is no 'Save' written on the save button. This is via the web browser, so I guess something isn't ticked

Doesn’t seem right. Clear the browser cache and reload page? Try another browser? Should show field labels.

It looks like you are logging in remotely to the box. Either plug a monitor in and go in locally or use iVMS4200 software.

Looks to me like you are viewing on your phone in Portrait.

I can make mine do that by narrowing the width of the browser webpage, but then I get a scroll bar pop up along the bottom to see the field titles to the left.

Looks like the scroll bar is missing on yours, which is probably a browser error. Did you try swapping to landscape (assuming you are viewing via your phone), or accessing via a PC browser?

The order of the fields top to bottom is
Sender
Sender's Address
SMTP Server
SMTP Port
check box Enable SSL
check box Attached Image
Interval (pull-down)
check box Authentication
User Name
Password
Confirm
Receiver (email address)
