Tamper open Visonic Powermax complete

I have changed the battery in my sensor but as I was changing it, the inside panel slipped, it didn't land on the floor as I managed to catch it.  However I am now getting tamper open, I cannot seem to get rid of this message and I don't know the installer code, has anyone got any ideas?  Thanks

Im assuming cover not catching tamper switch, take cover off and check. Might've been a spacer on the cover to press switch when cover is fitted, that couldve fell off

The system may be set to engineer reset and you would need the installer code. Have you tried the default engineer code ?
