Remote switch speakers/headphones

I have an Onkyo TR-8270 receiver (built in Chromecast Audio) and a pair of Sennheiser RS 180 wireless headphones.

As I do not have the Onkyo in my listening room I cannot easily swap between speakers and headphones.

So I have a stand alone CCA running the headphones. I use Google Home on an Andriod tablet to select which CCA is to receive data.

I am wondering if I could somehow use, say, the Zone 2 outputs on the Onkyo to put the audio directly to the headphones.

Most of the time I use my tablet as source; FLAC from Poweramp, BBC sounds and Qobuz.

When I want to play CDs I use a Cambridge Audio CD player connected to the Onkyo; no output to headphones in that case (nor on the very few occasions when I connect my Rega TT or my Yamaha cassette deck to the Onkyo)

Any ideas please?
