Mobile phone mirroring

Hi all,

I have a 1st gen Google Pixel XL, I want to mirror the phones display on a laptop or TV if possible,
The big issue is that the screen is broken, it just shows a black screen, still turns on though, just doesn’t display any image. Can this be done?

I was hoping to mirror it, do a factory restart, then get rid.

Can’t you just do a remote wipe?

Failing a remote wipe you might try a slimport to connect to a tv. As the Google Pixel XL is android it should work. Shop around for one on Amazon or ebay.
