Dual/Single Sim Phone SAR Levels? Nokia 150

Hi,
I just bought a Nokia 150 dual sim feature phone. The sar on this and the sar on the single sim version are more or less the same, with a slight difference.
I'm just wondering, if I used the dual sim version with only one sim, would that reduce the sar even below the level of the single sim phone?

I hope that makes sense.

No, the SAR is a representation of the absorbed energy caused by the power output of the phone, it’s not going to change with single or dual sim. Did you think the power output would halve by putting two sims into the phone?
