Any idea how long ubisoft support take to respond?

Hi
I fell in a river (not much fun) and ruined my phone.
Last night I tried to log into uplay and it asked for my 2FA with google authenticator.

Alas i cannot find the emergency access codes (which is odd).  I put in a ticket about this yesterday but not had a response yet.

Any of you any idea how long it takes for them to get back to you?

I had that happen to me a couple of years ago, but they were very quick in getting back to me (within 10 minutes).
Do they have some sort of Live Chat option?
