having trouble buying from xbox argentina store

sorry if this has been covered but i can't find the thread... I've read all about the Argentinean store and how cheap it is etc, I've bought some credit from seagm.com and redeemed the codes on the Xbox dashboard on my console, but when I go to buy the game I want with the credit in my account it still won't process despite changing the region of the Xbox in settings, going through the process on Xbox.com argentina and using nord vpn. can someone tell me what im doing wrong please and how I can successfully buy the game I want as I seem to be stuck at the last step.

I have done this recently. Without a VPN i went to the Microsoft Argentina page on my PC and logged in using my microsoft credentials. I used a Revolut prepaid mastercard and when i checked out it asked for an address which i gave an address in argentina. The transaction went through and when i turned on my xbox one x both Assassins creed odyssey and metro gold were both queued up for the fine sum of just over £25
