Issues with Xbox one x tv calibration

I tried the Xbox one calibration and the first setting no matter what I change I can’t see the closed eye.even The brightness and hdr settings in games don’t match.like in Rise of the tomb raider. With Brightness All the way down I still see the rise of the tomb raider image and same with hdr setting all the way on max before the image is gone.anyone else have these issues.thanks (my tv is a 2019 55inch Samsung q70f

Doesn’t it say that on certain TVs some of the options won’t be visible? also certain makes of TV rename the settings, on my Sony for example the Brightness setting the Xbox is telling me to adjust is actually called Black Level while the setting on my TV labelled Brightness is actually the Backlight, something similar might be happening on your Samsung just make sure you are in Game mode with all the extra processing option disabled.

As for the HDR calibration tool, in certain games I have found it too pretty useless.
