Okay first off, sorry if this is in the wrong section.
So basically...
I started playing Resident Evil 7. Got 2 minutes into it but then the electric into the house went out. So after turning the electric back on, I booted up my PS4 and went to my saved data in system storage. It then said that there is no saved data...at all. When I checked the System Storage Management it says that there is 5.06GB worth of data on the system, but I can't view it.
So after a little Internet search I came across the whole transferring data through PS Plus schtick. So after reading a few things I went into my online storage and tried to transfer data onto the system storage. At first it was telling me that nothing was able to transfer. Then after a few attempts it seems to successfully transfer but when I check my system storage it still says There is no saved data. I restart my PS4 a couple of times but there is still nothing showing. I also have enough space on my hard drive, so that can't be the issue.
I then tried to restart Resident Evil 7 again. For anyone who has played this game, you will know that once you start the game and get through the logos, it gives you the option to create an immediate save file for the game. When I restarted the game I chose yes, but 10 seconds later it tells me that it has failed to create a save file
So basically I'm a little stuck. Can anyone help me with this issue.
Thank you |
