Never come across it. Had a quick Google and seems to be numerous sites/videos explaining a fix?
Have you tried any of those? What have you tried so far?
Not tried anything yet but it seemed to say I had to initialise the PS4. I don't want to lose any game purchases etc. Unfortunately I'm not very clued up with this type of thing.
Quick look at the issue on Google and a few seem to say they have a work around without a reset. May be worth having a look through some of the YouTube videos for more detail.

I have solved the probkem, I had to go into the trophy's & delete one with 0% trophy's. Strange but it has worked. Thank you very much for looking though it is much appreciated.
