Refund or exchange from Argos

So bought Anthem from argos played it over the weekend really doing my head in keeps kicking me out of matchmaking and has crashed a few times so thinking of bringing it back to exchange it for a different game had it since Saturday but it doesn't have the cellophane on it will they exchange it or give a refund?

I’d suggest you’d be very lucky to get either an exchange or a refund. It’s not Argos’ responsibility that the game is unplayable.

yep no chance i think its actually in argos terms and conditions that opened games cannot be returned.

its not working properly because EA released a game before it was properly finished and tested therefore its full of bugs  and glitches

Yeah good old EA for you took it into cex and exchanged it for metro exodus well better game

1 on CEX. Or look in the 2nd hand ads and save on the middle man.
